"All-inclusive" means operating theatre and facilities, pre-operative laboratory work, the initial compression garment, the post-surgical recovery package and follow-up until discharge — not the surgeon’s fee alone. Several rows share the same floor because the tariff prices the surgery, not the commercial name of the technique. Approximate figures in Mexican pesos, current for 2026; results may vary from person to person. Every figure published on this site is approximate and is not a quote. Any procedure or treatment first requires a private assessment consultation with Dr. Arístides Arellano —$800 MXN, charged separately— and it is at that consultation that the definitive cost of your case is determined.

What the liposuction price includes — and what it does not

Included: theatre and facilities, pre-operative labs, the initial compression garment, the post-surgical package —polarised light, ultrasound, cold laser, pulsed laser on scars and crystals— and follow-up until discharge. In contouring surgery that last item matters more than in any other: swelling takes months to settle and follow-up is not optional.

Not included: the consultation ($800 MXN, charged separately), hospital and anaesthetist fees when the case is done in a hospital theatre rather than the clinic’s own, spare garments, and flights or accommodation if you travel in.

What is the difference between liposuction and liposculpture?

Liposuction removes localised fat. Liposculpture does that and also relocates some of it —to the glutes, to the hips— and treats the contour as a whole rather than one isolated area. In modern practice almost every aesthetic liposuction is liposculpture, which is why they share a reference price.

Neither is a weight-loss method. They work in people near their target weight with deposits that do not respond to diet and exercise; if the problem is weight, surgery is not the answer, and you will be told so at your consultation.

How much does liposculpture with fat transfer to the glutes cost?

From $70,000 MXN approx. It is the same surgery with a second stage: fat harvested from the abdomen, flanks or back is processed and reinjected into the buttock, so the result depends as much on what is placed as on what is removed.

Two honest points before the price. Part of the graft is reabsorbed over the first months, so final volume is judged at around six, not at two weeks. And there must be enough donor fat: in a very slim patient this technique will not reach the goal. The procedure page covers the technique and the safety precautions around it.

How much does fat transfer cost?

It depends where the fat goes. To the glutes, from $70,000 MXN approx. To facial folds and depressions, from $25,000 MXN. To the breast it is quoted case by case, because the extent of the donor liposuction changes the operating time entirely. What all three share: the donor area is operated too, so the estimate covers two surgical stages, not one. Technique detail here.

Lipo 360, HD lipo and VASER: does the price change?

HD lipo and VASER: no. Both start from $70,000 MXN approx. VASER is an ultrasound assist that emulsifies fat before aspiration, and high definition is finer anatomical etching: they are ways of doing the surgery, not separate products.

Lipo 360: set at your consultation — the only row in the table with no published figure. That is not evasion: circumferential treatment of the trunk (abdomen, waist, flanks and lower back) covers more areas than a localised lipo, and the cost follows the number of areas and theatre time. Publishing a round number here would be inventing one.

Why can’t an exact price be given without examining you?

Because the cost follows the number of areas treated, the quality of your skin —which decides whether the contour retracts well or something more is needed— and whether the fat will be reinjected. None of that shows in a photograph. The consultation costs $800 MXN, is charged separately, and you leave it with the surgical plan and the definitive cost in writing, not with a range.

Travelling to Mexico for liposuction

The surgical price is the same wherever you come from and is published in Mexican pesos; no dollar amount is published, because the equivalent depends on the exchange rate on the day you pay. Add flights, accommodation and a real stay: compression is worn for four to eight weeks and the early reviews matter. The medical tourism page covers how long to stay and when travelling for surgery is the wrong plan.
